1.Be the window person for the Japanese customers for any commercial, Technical, logistic or Quality Discussions (Technical Specifications, Claims, Containment Actions, Problem Solving). 2.Assist the sales director to set sales target, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget; 3.Achieve sales target; 4.Understand product requirements and specification from the customers. Drive feasibility studies to evaluate and negotiate them with the customers. 5.Ensure regular update of incoming information from the customers: Purchasing Orders (POs), Forecasts, Inventory levels. 6.Check POs & forecasts evolutions vs previous information, and evaluate internal consequences regarding inventories and deliveries. 7.Go and meet the Japanese customers when necessary to ensure accuracy of information. 8.Report comprehensive data to sales and Supply Chain Dept. 9.Track gaps between POs and delivery plan, and, when necessary define corrective actions together with the Supply Chain Dept. 10.Get Shipment notifications from France and China. 11.Report delivery plan to Japanese customers. 12.Check that delivered products are invoiced. 13.Check that invoices are paid–support Sales Team in case of pending payments. 14.Receive the customers claims, validate the problem description in return, define and implement containment actions within 24h o At the customer place o For the parts in transit o Internally for the parts in stock and to be produced
